号称经典物理留下的世纪难题“湍流问题”的实质是什么？

一直以来,湍流都被认为是经典物理留下的世纪难题,因而也被认为是一个重大的基础科学问题.本文简单回顾湍流研究历史,分析了均匀各向同性湍流的研究和真实湍流的研究间为何存在鸿沟.为何前者不能解决真实湍流问题,而后者则是今后应重点开展的湍流基础研究,和如何逐步解决真实的湍流问题.在结论中提出了今后湍流研究中值得注意的几个方面.     

治理结构与信息披露违规行为——来自我国A股上市公司的经验证据

以1998～2007年因为信息披露违规行为被监管层处理的262家A股上市公司及其262家配对公司为研究对象,实证分析了治理结构与信息披露违规行为的关系。结果表明:上市公司所在地的市场化程度越高、政府干预程度越低、法制及中介发育水平越高,信息披露违规概率越小;第一大股东持股比例越高、机构持股比例越高、股权集中度越高的上市公司,其信息披露违规概率越小;管理费用比率越低、年度股东大会出席率越高、持有公司股票董事越多的上市公司,其信息披露违规概率越小。     

Range walk and array rotation in space-time adaptive processing: effects and compensations

This paper proposes a unified clutter model incorporating the effects of range walk and array rotation for space-time adaptive processing (STAP) in airborne multi-channel early-warning radar. Based on this clutter model, STAP performance is then analyzed from the perspective of covariance matrix tapering (CMT). For STAP performance degradation due to array rotation, a determinate compensation method is proposed based on the CMT method. Numerical examples are provided to verify the analysis and the proposed compensation method.     

指令驱动市场中耐心交易者策略对价格形成的影响

分析了耐心交易者行为对价格形成的影响, 描述指令驱动市场中基于耐心交易者策略 及其规避信息风险的价格形成过程, 发现耐心交易者竞争的人数对价差存在显著负指数影响. 选取2005.1.2 至2005.12.31 上证817 只股票的高频数据作为样本, 验证了竞争人数对价差的负指数影响, 同时验证了价格形成过程的合理性. 对EKOP 模型中资产期望价格做了修正.     

On nearly-controllable subspaces of a class of discrete-time bilinear systems

If a linear time-invariant system is uncontrollable, then the state space can be decomposed as a direct sum of a controllable subspace and an uncontrollable subspace. In this paper, for a class of discrete-time bilinear systems which are uncontrollable but can be nearly controllable, by studying the nearly-controllable subspaces and defining the near-controllability index, the controllability properties of the systems are fully characterized. Examples are provided to illustrate the conceptions and results of the paper.     

State derivative-free variable structure model reference adaptive control of linear parabolic systems

The problem of constructing a model dimensional parabolic system is considered in this reference adaptive control law for an uncertain 1- article. The controller designed here involves only the plant state but no its derivatives. A priori bounds on the plant＇s uncertain parameters are used to propose switching laws which serve as an adaptive mechanism. The exponential decay to zero of the state error with any prescribed rate is guaranteed by choosing a controller parameter correspondingly. Numerical studies are also presented to illustrate the applicability of the control law.     

系统科学视角下高分辨率对地观测系统任务管控统筹优化

高分辨率对地观测系统因其高清晰度的影像产品倍受测绘、农业、林业、采矿、城市规划、国土资源等众多领域的用户青睐.在面对不同用户各种繁杂的任务需求和超过载的卫星影像订购,以及在云层遮挡等随机因素干扰下,如何通过对任务统筹管控来提升系统整体效益已成为航天领域一个崭新的管理科学问题.通过对高分辨率对地观测任务管控流程的分析,指出了星务管控的关键在于卫星任务规划和星地资源调度问题,并围绕问题基本输入要素和输出要素构建了该问题的概念模型.通过与车辆调度、车间作业调度等常见资源调度问题对比,强调了该问题的特殊性和巨复杂性,并从任务、资源、约束和优化目标四方面进行了详细论述.最后,基于系统科学观的思想提出采用统筹优化的方法来处理高分辨率对地观测系统任务管控问题,并从系统层次性、涌现性和协调性角度进行了系统分析.
